What a great lunch spot and the tortillas are awesome.

Wow- a friend gave me a pkg of freshly made corn tortillas & the BEST Green Salsa I have ever had! I used to live in Greeley Co & thought the local family owned restaurants made the best green salsa but the one from here was "the Bomb" It is very hot- hotter than most salsas you would buy so just know that in case you are sensitive to the heat factor however, if there is someone in your life who really likes the heat- the kind of heat where you can still enjoy it & also taste the flavor- this would be a wonderful treat for your table at dinner this week. When I cook enchiladas at home, I usually buy the red enchilada sauce from a local restaurant but next time I'm headed to Los III Potrillos to try their other sauces. The corn tortillas were fab just warmed up, one night we spread a touch of butter & baked for 4 min- wow & when they were older - we cut them into fourths & baked them in a toaster oven to make our own fresh tortilla chips- they were so flavorful & toasty- Dynamite really!
